...Conversations that are often ignored or avoided.  We recognized the need for an honest and straightforward podcast addressing both why we experience the things we do and what to do about it.  Our hope is that this podcast can help to normalize common experiences everyone has and stimulate conversations about them. It will provide insight into common life experiences, related emotions, and mental injury as well as tools for managing all of it.  Ultimately we want to provide you with ways to give support to yourself, friends, and family by developing a stronger connection.
